Nebraska Realty - Commissions Accounting

As one of the largest agencies in the midwest, Nebraska Realty has implemented several incentive programs for recruiting, rewarding, and retaining agents. But these  can add complexity to what is already a complicated set of financials when recording a real estate transaction.

The accounting system we built for them automates all of the calculations for even the most complex residential and commercial sales, generating financial statements for agents and comprehensive executive dashboards and reporting.

We recently enhanced and white-labeled the system as Nebraska Realty expanded into new states and new markets. It is now a fully multi-tenanted system supporting several distinct Real Estate companies across the US.
